Oh dear Mr Reid you have failed at your research again. The LLC requires you to file quarterly returns with IRS. Any income you derive from your LLC means paying tax twice. Somebody can still trademark The DIY World and cause your You Tube account to be closed down. I have the means to do it but where would my daily entertainment be coming from?
