Wonderful Surprise

Yesterday I wrote a story about how it feels to miss your family it is really heart-breaking.  When my kids left home it was very difficult for me, yet the fact that my husband is my best friend really helped.  Still kids are different, and I see how my own kids communicate every day through skype.  Today I was going through some videos and I wish that I could post them all, they are absolutely fantastic.

I decided that this girl in this video felt the way I felt when my son surprised me with a visit from the U.K. Family is so important to me because I was an only child and very lonely. Having my kids and my husband has changed my life so much, that the feeling of being lonely all the time, has disappeared. If it was not for the rest of my family I would have been a very lonely person. Fortunately I have my kids, grandkids, husband all around me and they make my life truly wonderful. So please take care of what you have and enjoy them as they will not be there forever. Remember that nothing is more important than a happy family.

Hi @bigbear. Family is love.

So true. I lost my mom 4 years ago on the 13 June so little depressed.

Oh no. My heartfelt sincere sympathies my friend. May she rest in peace in the home of our Lord!

At one point of time members have to move on for education, career, business, future but the real bond which connects them to family is what matters. I love my family too.

Thanks for sharing! My boys are 2000 miles away and there is never a day I don't think about them and look forward to see them again soon. That's what keeps me going :)

My parents are 2000 miles away as well, it's so strange how we have to leave our loved ones HOME, and try a better future in a different country and we miss the essential of life, sharing love...

Children make your life seem to move into warp speed. They truly do grow so incredibly fast, or is it time moves more quicker when you have kids? It seems like it was just yesterday my boys where in my arms...ughhh lump in my throat just thinking of how fast it went by. But watching them turn into young adults is amazing and scary all in the same breath.

This definitely a moving video! When I was in the Marines my wife always knew when I was coming home so I never had the opportunity to surprise her but all the same it's still amazing to see family again! :)

My eldest, my son is 16 with 2 years of high school left, and I have two daughters 14, and 12. They grow up so fast.

It is so scary how older you get the faster it goes.
