Great points, other is if your house is too big to the point you need others to clean it, the option might be to look for a smaller home where the house owner is able to keep up with the cleaning themself.
Or could talk with the staff to see if they need any extra help, a lunch for the staff may be a massive help for them, may be small for employers but huge to some else.
