Will Zillow stock Fall

Zillow is one of the more interesting stocks in the market, as they have a huge conflict of interest in their business. I am talking about the pricing mechanism that they use. A lot of people, not all, but a lot of them use Zillow to check the price of their home, and they use it as fact. So in a way, what Zillow says affects the mindset of people on the prices of homes they are looking. I don't think that anyone would argue that fact. But here is the tricky part, Zillow actually is trying to be a wholesale buyer of homes. Meaning they buy peoples homes, or steal them, for substantially less than they would get on the market, and then sell them for a premium. No Zillow doesn't actually steal them, they just hit you with a 10 percent concession on the binser before close. But the fact that they control the pricing mechanism, and then buying the underlying product. Makes you wonder if they would manipulate the date to give them the edge. For example, they could target a area, and say the houses are worth 5 percent less, and then buy up a bunch. Then when they have a inventory, over a month or two, inflate the house prices 5 percent above actual market. This could be a easy 10 percent gain, even on top of the profit they would have already made. Just by tweaking their data, and for the people who say that would never happen, they already manipulate the market by using credits at close to inflate the price paid for the houses. So they are already manipulating the data, which is a violation of the care and trust statue of the real estate board. Why has no one said anything yet? MONEY MONEY MONEY

I had also put some shares. But I have not got any benefit in them

What? Why not, they should be up.

Well if they already knew how to operate their schemes to profit then they will just do it over and over @bigram13

Yep they do them every day, and no one seems to care.
