It Started As A Tropical Storm And Now Will Hit Super Fast As Cat 3 Plus Hurricane!

It is literally almost a direct hit. We were fortunate enough to board up the house and hopefully everything will be there when we get back but it is not likely that we will return to anything. You flood models alone ill probably destroy everything and who knows how it will hold up against 100 + mph winds. At the time we left it was just going to be a cat 1 and debated staying. We left and beat most of the really bad traffic. The bad news is that we might have not went far enough north yet. Back on the road in the morning hopefully to safe ground.

Our area is going to have around a 10 ft storm surge and 28 inches of rain. Everyone was forced to evacuate about 3 hrs after we left. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated. @binkgirl makes our escape video for me. We are devastated to know that everything we have worked so hard for will more than likely be destroyed.
