Long time, Cigarette is an evil will, You cant leave it, even if u want to. Party, Club, Bar and Restaurant going are just its step to have Cigarette. A particular routine, is a factor which contribute to smoking cigarette. This is the one thing, if u go from office to home, and yesterday, you have stopped at a shop, either to smoke Cigarette or Buy Cigarette, then it will become your habit everyday, to stop there, and buy or smoke Cigarette. If u smoke early in morning, 2-3 cigarettes a day, then it will be a habit to smoke that much Cigarette. If u smoke a cigarette less, than what you have smoked yesterday, at that time, then you will always feel summoned, that I should smoke one Cigarette more, even if u don't have, you will come out of your flat, and go to shop, and buy a cigarette. Taking a liquid drink, also adds to smoke more cigarette. Like if u are drinking Tea, Coffee or some Juice, then you will feel, that you should smoke Cigarette. Having friends who smokes with u, also adds to this habit, you will feel to have a Cigarette, while having little chit chat. If u are a working professional, who goes to office regularly, then there might be some time in a day, when u are upset with some other person talk, and to relive that stress, you need to smoke. However it really helps, when u smoke cigarette, you are relieved of the stress.
Have quit smoke 2 times for 3 months, When used to smoke earlier, go out of office regularly on hourly basis, used to think, how people can sit for 8 hrs a day, don't they feel of going out, have a little chit chat with friends, have some snacks out. But when I left smoke, then I used to feel, why these smoker people go out so often. Can't they sit, and do some work. So change of attitude .. :D.
Just want to share, what helps me in quitting smoking, during those 3 months, was water, as soon as I feel need of smoking, I used to drink water, and I feel relaxed. I was so addictive to smoking, that when I left smoking, I was not able to concentrate, and my head always seems to be hanged.
Everyone wants to lose this habit of smoking Cigarette. BUT CANT.
