In the Zodiac Avodah tract,* it is mentioned that the world is only 6000 years old, which according to the ancient Jewish (orthodox) says that it will fall in 2240 AD. They also believe that there will be some events before the apocalypse, such as the appearance of Gog and Magog, built a synagogue in Babylon, the enemy of Israel will be defeated, the dead will rise, the Jewish Messiah will be king, and they both fight Gog and Magog. In Christianity, it is believed that at the end of the day will emerge an anti-christ group, so that will decrease the Messiah or that is often called Jesus (Isa) as a saviour.

In Islam, the apocalypse is divided into two: the small apocalypse and the great apocalypse. Small apocalypse is usually associated with natural disasters or the death of a person. While the big apocalypse is divided into two phases of sangkalkala blowing. The first puffs signify is the destruction of the entire universe, while the second blowing signifies is the revival to take responsibility for deeds in the world.

The signs of a great apocalypse are the appearance of the dajjal, the release of Ya'jud and Ma'jud (Gog and Magog), the appearance of the Mahdi priest and the descent of Prophet Isa. Before this phase occurs, these three religions believe in Armageddon, the end-time war. This resurrection is not only in Islam, Jews, Christians, even in beliefs that believe in the eternal life cycle (reingkarnasi) also contain the concept of doomsday. For example, Buddhist teachings believe in the coming of Maitreya Buddhism at the end of time when the true teaching is gone. Hindus believe in avatars every time the world is filled with chaos.
