**RESPECT**

Throughout in our life journey, we are opportuned to have many people around us by means of relatives, neighbors, co-workers, friends and even strangers. They all play important role in our lives and help us evolve as strong personalities. So having respect for the feelings of others is very vital to enable us grow into strong individuals.

As we all know, we are all unique beings so the person around us may have different feelings, beliefs and behavior in accordance with their own needs and motivation. They can not react in the same way in a given situation as we do. However, by respecting the feelings of others, we encourage them to share their feelings and experiences in a more friendly way which reinforce relationship. Having respect for them alone is not enough so we have to show that we care through empathy and understanding. We should never advice without being asked, criticize or lecture because we might not know them well enough to judge. In other words being disrespectful is a sign of ignorance.

The best way to respect the feelings of others is to listen with empathy and in a non-judgmental way so that they can share their feelings comfortably ;after all we humans have some similarities underneath our skin color, race or religion.

*Further, the truth is that everyone deserves respect so we should treat people in the manner we expect to be treated. If in any case our actions is going to affect people, then we need to consider those people's feelings before making a decision.

Finally, feelings can make anyone feel worthwhile or worthless but it requires only a little bit of effort to make anyone feel valuable. Therefore, we should learn how to respect the feelings of others in order to sustain relationships and have a happy life.
