This is accomplished through a simple sketch app with tools....coloured pencils...watercolour...etc.

Graphic Tables is something to edit photos and draw with a special pencil. I thought that maybe you use that to draw the lines.

My bro has the Graphic Tablet and he uses it to edit all photos in Photoshop too. Very handy toy. I'd say what you are using does the same job in drawing :)
