Iced Coffee - Thermomix Style

It's a nice sunny day here in Perth, and while I was in the mood for a coffee, Mrs MJ was after something refreshing. "Why don't you make iced coffees?" She suggested. Yeah! Let's give this a go.

So I went online, and found this guy making a really good looking iced coffee..

I decided to give it a go... starting off with two double shots of good dark roasted coffee.

Set the coffee aside, and mill two teaspoons of sugar in the Thermomix for 10 seconds on maz speed.

Put ice blocks into 2 glasses, about two thirds full, and then pour milk in to cover the ice.

Pour the whole lot into the Thermomix and blend it, increasing the speed sowly up to maximum for 30 seconds. It ice will break up, and you will have an awesome looking iced coffee mixture.

Looks delicious. I will try it. Thanks for the recipe.

Solid effort there Brett, I am a massive coffee drinker, hot, cold, short, long, iced, frozen, with whisky and everything in between.
