Well, the latest news on my neurologist appointment today. The good news is that my brain MRI shows no changes from last year. My c-spine and t-spine MRI's show no lesions and a remarkably good spine for my age.
I asked if there are no changes on MRI, why are my symptoms worsening? My doctor explained that we have tried 4 different medications in the last year. All 4 were stopped due to allergic or severe adverse reactions. So essentially, I have it is like I have been without treatment. He decided that we need to try Ocrevus. I know all the good results people have been having with Ocrevus. I am aware about the small percentage of bad things associated with Ocrevus. I am a bit weary of it because it is still so new. I have total faith in my neuro. This is like the "Hail Mary" for me...it's the last drug to try. Here's to hoping that I tolerate Ocrevus.
