Sometimes I wake up in the morning and I'm glad I cannot remember my dream, but sometimes I think that's a shame. Like this morning, it is the first day of school again and I woke up early and could only remember that it was a nice dream but nothing else.
So I thought what could you do to remember them? Australian research at the University in Adelaide has shown that a daily dose of vitamin B6 ensures that dream is clearer and you can longer remember. Subjects who received a vitamin supplement of pure B6 for five days could dream better and recover the dream than subjects who had received a placebo.
Is it worth trying, I thought so .... so go buy vitamin B6 ..... I will tell in a blog in a few weeks.
