THE WOMAN IN RED IS STALKING ME!

The woman in red is a well known esoteric image and a symbol of lust and temptation.
This week, I have crossed path with that woman.

One wouldn't be wrong to think that there is nothing unusual at first sight. Women do dress in red and it just happens that the red will make them even more attractive.
Where this anecdote becomes peculiar in my own life is the fact that I met the same woman, on three different days, at three different places, in one SINGLE week!

The first time around, I didn't think much of it. I noticed that she was attractive and that she was wearing a beautiful red summer dress... and I thought playfully to myself "... ah, the temptation of the woman in red; there really is something to it!"

Two days later, the same woman, still with a red summer dress crossed my path again. Now, she really got my attention. Was she always wearing red? Was it the SAME dress? How peculiar!

But today was the third time I got to see her this week. It was her. The same woman. Always in a red dress, and... in a different city area. For a split second I felt set up by a power bigger than me. I got chills and had a mild panic attack.
It is unusual to cross path with a complete stranger three times in one week. One could call it coincidence. Maybe happenstance. If a conversation develops and leads into a relationship, we could call it fate.
But we didn't talk and her taste for red makes the whole thing slightly creepy.
I am curious to know if I will see her around again. A fourth time would be unthinkable. In a movie or any fictional story, we wouldn't expect less, in order to give it meaning, put a closure to it. Surely a writer wouldn't let us hanging with a tease. But real life doesn't seem to care about story flaws and plot holes.
So there most likely isn't anything to it, unless there is , in fact, an actual glitch in The Matrix;)
