  • Widening horizons, doing uncomfortable things;
  • Cut the inner anchors that limit me;
  • Get out of the "aquarium" and throw myself in the "free waters";
  • Recover the professional libido;
  • Open my eyes to trends and reality;
  • Do not spend too much time with negative peers/friends;
  • Spend more time with peers/friends that I admire;
  • Be careful not to deviate from my goals;
  • Focus on my causes and contributions.
