The well-known killer Charles Manson died at the age of 83 for natural causes.
Manson, who has been behind bars for more than 45 years, died Sunday at a hospital in California.
He was transferred from the Corcoran state prison with a serious illness, following albeu.com.
The news of his death was confirmed by Debra Tate, the sister of the victim.
"This may be the end of an era or just the beginning," she said, adding: "I said a prayer to his soul."
