People's opinion on new ICO. BlockLancer project - the feedback of local community.

Hello, Friends! You know, i have found really interesting project, that i would like to support. This is the project of freelace platform, that is based on blockchain. This is BlockLancer. And some days ago i had nice idea that can help to made BlockLancer better and can make very good promotion to it. I decided to make an email sending to all people that i know and who can be interested in crypto projects. (all my contacts from university, my crypto friends, people from meetups and people, who gave me an email at our street promo event). I want to know their attitude to the BlockLancer project, what do they think about it. I want to tell them more about BlockLancer and to give them UA WhitePaper for their studying the project by themselves. I wanted to reminded them about date of ICO and how to take part in it. And here are the results of my work.

In the letter that i sent to people i told what is BlockLancer and about the main features of the project. Also, i decided to make an interview, where i asked people about their attitude to the project. Some questions were about ICO in general, some questions were about what do people like and dislike in the project and what do they want to change in it for projects success.

Here is the list of the questions, that i asked people about.

1. What is most important for you in ICO? What criteria help you decide to invest in a fundraising company?
2. Did you previously deal with freelance?
3. What do you think is the most important for the freelancing Internet platform.
4. What features of BlockLancer do you consider to be the main ones?
5. What of the flaws of BlockLancer you can note?
6. What changes would you like to make in BlockLancer, your advices for improving the performance of BlockLancer.
7. What is important for you after the end of ICO?
8. Your general impression of the project?

And today i finally collected responses and can make a conclusion.

In general people were happy to hear from me about new crypto project, because they know, that i am a crypto-enthusiast and can choose nice project. They said me Thanks and gave the response to my questions.(I will write further generalized conclusions for the convenience of narration).

1.All of responders told, that the main in ICO is idea of the project. It must be fresh and useful for real life using. It will be very nice if project will have big audience of users but not only narrow circle of interested people. The second point of successful ICO, as people think, was marketing. It should be huge and in a lot of places, not only in crypto forums and not only through crypto community. Cryptocurrency should go wider, to real society, so marketing should go there at first. At third place people mentioned that the quick work of community managers and friendly conversation with devs and managers can help people to make positive decision about taking part in ICO. Also, the variety of different translations, community managers and ambassadors of peoples native languages and countries give solidity to project. Then team is going. People like to see in advisors huge names and men with knowledge that is needed to project. And the teamleads should have good past, of course.

2.I was the student of KPI, so a lot of my contacts are from there. This is the main technical university of Ukraine, here are a lot of students in IT, design, radio-electronic and other tech spheres. So very big amount of them at least once in their life have found job at freelance style. Others responders have already heard about freelance. And only one two of responders did not see freelance by their own eyes.(but they were very interested by that fact, that they can work from home).

3.The question of trust was the main for all of responders. Nobody want to loose money because of unfair job giver. And no one want to give money for work, that was done in bad way. So people have understood, that blockchain and etherium principles will solve this problem. The second thing that was necessary to people was friendly interface. A lot of people will gone away from the platform if it will be unusable and with bad interface. All must be clear and without excess elements, which are tighten the interface. The next is fees and easy working on the platform. People do not like to pay a lot and they do not want to learn how to work at the platform by hours. Some people mentioned, that they prefer to know about the authority of man, with whom he will work. It means, that the system of ranks is very necessary at freelance platform.(especially about it wrote the guy, who lived in my room at university campus and worked in freelance style).

4.The main features that were liked by people was low fee - 3% and the capability of fee distribution through all token holders. People liked that deep work with platform will bring them additional money and fee 3% is low, as they think. (but from the other hand, one guy told, that 3% is big for him, lol). Also people think that the dispute resolution by token holders is one of the finest thing at freelance platform. Decentralizing in this question is very important, because the community should decide who is right, but not the one man (manager or moderator, or the admin). At last someone wrote that as he understood, all ads will be permanently recorded in blockchain and nobody will not delete it from there. Its cool, because protect people who work with platform. And this can be used in court, if something will go wrong.

5.People do not find big flaws. But some guys wrote that maybe from the start it will be not very big amount of users at BlockLancer platform and it can cause hard work finding. So maybe team can put less fees for the start of the platform for attractive new users. Unfortunately some responders wrote, that they do not like the design of the main thread at Bitcointalk. It is not very works and comfortable. There are one big picture and very few facts about project. They want to know more about project at start from the thread and to see more links at the main page. (but as for me the main thread is pretty well, design is made by professionals and everything is clear).

6.As the platform is not released yet, people can not use it and tell, what should be done better. But the smartest responders wrote, that at the main web-site the counter of ICO time is not work. It shows NaN:NaN:NaN:NaN. maybe this should be fix? And as i told, one man want less fee.(but in my opinion, 3% is not very much for good service).

7.(all things in this paragraph is goin one by one, according to the time, when ICO ends) First main thing is token distribution to community (ICO tokens and bounty tokens). Devs should do it very fast and without any problems. It shows the professionalism of devs and their honesty. Then the main thing after ICO, that should be done, is adding to big exchange. People want to trade token after ICO. It will bring more attention to the project and show, that devs are listen to the community and are interested in token promotion. Then devs must communicate with community even after ICO, answer to all question and be friendly to people. All responders who connected with crypto wrote, that "it should not be ANY postpones of the milestones", devs should do every goals in roadmap in time. This is the feature of successful and working project. And very necessary to make reports about work that was done and about money, that was spent. Some people wrote about users support in problems, that they can have.

8.In general people gave positive feedback about BlockLancer project. Most of people, who received letters told that they will be happy to use this platform. They think that BlockLancer team can build really strong community and working platform, if devs are interested in it. (because the general idea is great and the idea of realization looks fine, so everything is depends of devs hardworking). Also responders interested in ICO participation and newbies asked me question about ETH wallet and deposits.

Then after this works i connected with BlockLancer Team and gave them this responses. I hoped, this can help such a nice project. Than a went to sleep and in the morning i got an email fro the team. It this email team said great thanks to me and told, that they have already implemented my suggestions. They fixed the problem with the timer, added all translations to the main web site, included press articles (also in mainstream media like EconoTimes), and team included a link to BlockLancer github-repo, where everyone can find a proof-of-concept. So team communicate with the community very good and hear the community. This worth so much.

So here is the results of my work. I made nice work, had conversation with people and in general feedback was good. Hope, this work will help to make BlockLancer better and to attract new people to the project.
From myself i can add, that BlockLancer project is really interesting. The idea is great and very useful. A lot of people will use it. Team is very friendly and has very friendly and warm communication with community. Marketing strategy is strong and works well. Team try to do the best for their project.
