Greetings
It's been a while, I know. Life is busy. We are currently in that critical point of trying to scrounge up the last bit that we can to kick off our local food economy. Which means we are working all the overtime. Wife included.
Working with friends and family to make sure we are learning about everything and anything to help provide what our community is needing/wanting.
We are encouraged and invigorated by what we are hearing. There is a desperation surrounding people's desire for wholesome, localized food opportunities and we are rising to the occasion. Learning all we can about production and marketing to provide opportunities for our community and an opportunity for our family to move away from corporate America.
Stay tuned. We hope to get some feedback from our permaculture and natural farming officianados as we go. Hope to be back on here more often as well. Thank you for your patronage.
