Day 1540 | New Shoes & 16k Steps

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I got a call that my new shoes were in so I took a walk to the city to go pick them up. This along with my regular late-night walk easily got me up to 16k+ steps for the day. I didn't eat clean though but will take this serious again from here on out even though it's going to be hard not to use the upcoming heat wave as a potential excuse once again.

I'm also sticking to my 100 Bench Presses each day and will increase the weight again on Tuesday.
