I'm still not back on track yet when it comes down to my daily checklist, but I keep everything within the limits. I have used saturdays where I spend most of my time behind my computer following the betting markets to do a lot of push ups spread around the day. This really works for me doing 12 push ups each time I leave my room to go to the kitchen or the toilet. These push-ups really add up and by the end of the day all my strength is fully depelted really feeling the work out the day after. I plan on doing this each saturday from now on with the aim to do 400+ at least.
I will be making sunday into core work-out sunday similar to this saturday spreading the work out over the entire day. I have 7 days of plan variations to catch up to form the Plank Challenge here on Steemit hosed by Katie. (See post day 7) Tomorrow I will post my weekly report on it.
