Day 1828 | Family Tuesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thuesday was the usual regular Family Day, I was up quite late which made me skip on going for a swim. I did however succeed in keeping my eating as clean as I could have whished for and this now put me back beow 70kg which is a small miracle given how I went about food in the past weeks. It also makes me thing the usual morning smoothie during my healthy period isn't that innocent and might be somewhat of a factor making weight loss harder than it should be.

I also walked our dog a couple of times, and spent some time with my nieces ene the evening after dinner together playing some more corkinole with my oldest niece.

Today GoalsWednesday usualy are the least good days and I stayed in bed for a long time already.The goal is to limit the damage and get going on the good path again if possible with a walk or so in the afternoon.
