Last eek turned out into a sick week after still joining a hot yoga class on Monday, I skipped on my usual family tuesday and mostly was annoyed by having to blow my nose a lot being unable to breathe properly and I kept my activity to a minimum. I still enjoyed eating though which is where the week went wrong mostly. Aside from this is was a good week from a financial point of view with crypto reaching new all-time highs and I also fully watched season 13 of doctor who mainly just getting over with it as the magic of previous seasons was gone I would say mainly due to poor writing. I still have some episodes left to go before I'm fully ready for the new season to drop.
New Week Goals: I'm nearly 100% recovered from being sick now and the regular season is also coming to an end. The only real goal that I'm setting this week is to get more active again which will start by doing a total of at least 100k extra steps in total. I also aim to combine that with healthy and limited eating so I get my weight finally back below 70kg even though that might not be this week just yet.
Today Goals: I aim to go on at least 1 walk today and have my usual bookkeeping productivity activity.
