Day 2246 | Time To Stop Eating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I had another binge eating day even thoug I kept it not that unhealthy with some lentil pasts and soup. It is however really time that I stop eating as I quickly gained back all the weight that I had lost. The weather is quite hot right now which doesn't help with the overall activity levels and I'm not sure if I will join a hot yoga class on Friday. What I do know is that I'm seriously going to cut down on my eating as I just have to right now.

July Weight Exercises


I will be doing extra exercises having set total goals on the month. They are press (bench press/ push up), Plank (Regular & side)|Squats|Pulls (Pull-ups or chin ups)|Crunch (knee-ups or sit-ups).
