So last week was pretty much a total waste giving in to all my lazy urges and eating way too much unhealthy food. This has put me back into the same old cycle where I didn't manage to keep up the good momentum and if feels like I have to start all over again which I'm planning to do this week.
New Week Goals: I plan to join back hot yoga classes at least on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I also aim to do more steps again setting the total at just 70k this week and I plan to start doing daily reps during the halftime of the football matches. Along with this the idea is to eat fully clean and put more focus on getting some weight loss while also clearing my skin once again.
New Day Goals: I'm already too late to join the morning yoga class but I do plan to go for a walk before the first football match and do some reps during the 3 halftimes. I also aim to not go to the supermarket for food but instead eat some healthy fruit and drink enough water.
