Day 2293 | Family Day & Rainy Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Tuesday was a pretty good day initially starting out with some productivity which was followed by a drive to my parents place to have my usual Tuesday Family day. Initially it rained at the time I wanted to go for a dog walk but just in time before dinner the rain radar showed it was going to be clear. So with with still a little rain at that time I took our dog to still go for the usual Tuesday 2-Hour walk at a slightly higher pace. However, the weather prediction site turned out to be wrong and we came back soaking wet. I didn't mind so much though as I could just change my clothes when back home. I highly enjoy this walk and aim to keep doing it weekly going forward. I did overeat a little during the day not being able to stand the temptation of some bread and also chocolate. Before heading back to my place I did watch some tv with my mom.

I aim to do 8000+ steps on average daily along with some daily reps and cardio in the form of hot yoga, tennis, and swimming while taking some supplements and track those daily.

New Day Goals: Wednesday is the first day when the weekly hour of tennis along with some friends. I will also try to join an evening hot yoga class and have some productivity during the day while doing more reps.
