Wednesday was another pretty active day even though I did not yet join back the hot yoga classes. I started out with eating a healthy smoothie to go play a fun hour of tennis. I had a very slow afternoon taking some rest on my coach and a nice bath. In the early evening I had a bit of productivity and also took a walk to the asian supermarket to get some bean noodles and Soy Sprouts whith an eye to make those but I got a leftover takeway meal there for free which I ended up eating in the evening. I also extended my walk to the asian supermarket to do over 10k steps and watched some football while updating my belgian league statistics and some more tv before going to bed.
I also once again managed to drink 2.4 Liter of water staying away from any soda and did 110 Push Up reps. I did feel some slight discomfort on my wrist while playing tennis so I solved the regular push ups by now using the handles of some halters.
