Day 2442 | Tennis, Yoga, Football, & Movie

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm clearly in a good flow right now as in the past, Wednesday tended to be off days more than often. However, the fact that I now manage to eat healthy day after day with the main rule nit to eat vegetable oils which cuts out all the processed crap really works. I heard in a youtube video yesterday that we live in a extremely busy and stressy world where unhealthy processed food is readily available which makes many people sick and miserable which is something I don't really want to take part in.

I did start out the day with an hour of tennis, I had a little bit of productivity after while also taking a nap and joined a 18:15 90-minute hot yoga class to follow that up with following the Man City vs Club Brugge football match which provided just a tiny profit as the goals came soon already after I started scaling in on my bets. Late in the evening I ended up watching a movie about introvertism which I somewhat was able to relate with (It's called Sometimes I think About Dying) but at the same time left me a but underwhlemed. After that I hit my bed which was pretty much a good day with some social interaction, enough body movement, healthy eating and some good entertaining while making some money.


Food Diary I continue to chuck a health drink with Psyllium Husk as the main ingredient in the morning and I'm almost 7 days into it. I likely will continue until my supply of Psyllium Husk runs out as it's actually not too bad. After I got back from tennis I ate some leftover Green vegetable Lasagna and that was about it along with an apple in the evening. So I kept eating healthy and limited with an eye on continued weight loss as i have been rather sideways in the last 10 Days or so and It's time to get some more off.
