The first day of the new month was rather slow and uneventful. I continued to avoid vegetable oils but need to watch out at the moment that I don't start eating too much cheese as some kind of compensation. I skipped on a hot yoga class as I already got 3 of them this week and mostly focused on the 3 football matches that were played.
Food Diary I started with a health drink that includes Psyllium Husk and magnesium and I'l kind of at the end of a 7-day stretch for that. So for now I will discontinue that as it was more of a short-term thing. I did go to the supermarket to get some rice crackers with Cottage Cheese and also some mozarella as I had some cherry tomatoes left to make. So I made some of those along with onions, garlic, and mozarella which was quite tasty.

New Day Goals: Sunday will be another Football watching day and I aim to get a lot of things done already which I usually do on Monday as I will be taking a 2⁻day trip to the film festival in Oosytende
