Even though I kept what I ate fairly healthy, I did overeat on Sunday and got in a case of procrastination because I will be taking a trup in the coming 2 days with a friend to the Oostende Film Festival. This will kind of break my routine and also be a challenge on the food intake side as most of what you get served when traveling isn't that good for you. I also will be behind a bit on following what is going on. At the same time it's less than 2 days and I'm sure it will be fun with at least some walking activity so I should be able to manage it properly. I am looking forward to it and it should also fix my sleep pattern a bit as I'm forced to wake up early.
Food Diary I started out with a banana in the morning and also made brown rice noodles. However I made an entire pot of it with 2 onions, 5 Cloves of Garliic, 3 big carrots, plenty of Soy Sprouts and 2 batches of Brown Rice Noodles. After eating a first 2 portions of it, I went to the supermarket to get a pack of Rice Crackers and some Cottage Cheese which I need to watch out for that it doesn't become a new guilty pleasure. The good thing about cottage cheese is that it is very low in calories but it remains Cheese which is something I generally want to avoud.

New Day Goals: Monday should be a fun day and I am waking up early as a friend will be here already by 09:20. The plan is to take the train to Oostende and catch 3 movies for the day to stay the night there in a hotel.
