Monday was somewhat of a mixed day where I mainly take the positive with me. I did stay in bed quite late again but had some productivity in the early afternoon. Most importantly, I did manage to get myself to join back another hot yoga class which I aim not to do at least 3 a week going forward the coming months. However, after the class I had a weak moment and went to the Mcdonalds while also getting some oreos and I mainly watched tv in the evening.
Food Diary I had some leftover buckwheat dough and some tomato sauce along with some cheese which I used to make a pizza. I also still had 2 tin cans of sardines which I ate while in the evening I had a smart menu in the mcdonalds with 2 chicken cheese burgers, a small fry and a small ice tea with some mayonaise.
