Sunday I considered to be the first day of the new month with fresh goals and how it always goes it went quite well as motivation is quite high. So I did do everything I set out to do an even a bit more while I also had a good betting day. I did all my reps, went for both an afternoon and evening walk whicg aded up to over 17k steps. I also didn't spend any money with an eye to make this the cheapest month of this year.

I also ate healthy making rice noodles with veggies only eating that even though it was a big portion. This in a limited time-frame of a couple of hours not eating anything before 15:30

I did 100 Incline Bench Presses + 10 Push Ups, 100 Squats, 100 Crunches, 5 Pull-ups, & 5 chin-ups along with 17686 Steps. So a good Fitness Day!
