Day 2496 | Long Morning Walk & Evening Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I went into Monday in a fasted state after 2 nights and 1 Day without any food and felt great with the plan to go on a long morning walk to hopefully burn some fat. I stayed in bed a bit too long but eventually went out and did quite some steps on what was a 2-Hour walk+ also stopping by the supermarket to get some food. I had some productivity afterward, spent some time in my kitchen and eventually joined a hot yoga class which went great. However, afterward I got myself tempted to pass by a local italian pizza place telling myself that if nobody was waiting in line I would get myself one which was the case so I did eat a pizza in the evening kind of taking away all the benefits I worked up to. In the evening I watched some tv and played some Splinterlands Survival Mode before going to bed.

Daily Food DiaryI ate some Wakame, a Dark Chocolate Ritter Bar with hazel Nuts, Some pea pasta with Tuna which I'm really enjoying lately, and in the evening a Pizza Margaritha.

New Day Goals: Tuesday will be a family day without dinner in the evening as my sister is gone and also my oldest niece. I plan to have some productivity in the morning, go on a dog walk in the afternoon and maybe make some soup in the evening.
