Day 356 | Tennis & Movie Time

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

Thursday was a really enjoyable day. Taking a bit of time in the morning to do some betting and writing a results update post to see some friends and play a solid 100 minutes of Tennis at a high pace without reallyg getting tired at any point. My nieces had a sleepover at my parents place so I went home. I put some time into getting my mon her first smartphone. (Iphone 5s 2nd handed), played a couple games of Apex Legends and watched another Studio Ghibli movie along with my nieces before they went to bed. This time it was The Cat Returns which was the 4th ghibli movie we watched together and they loved it. Still 15 left to go now and I'm highly looking forward to those moments.

My higher level of activity with many hot yoga classes reflected in my dream this morning as I was entering the tour de france along with having to do other activities and there was a stage ahead with a big climb. I was dreaming in the dream as I was sleeping and my sister was waking me up but I wanted to stay in bed so I pretended to sleep.

Tennis is a good sport for activity and playing that long without getting tired shows how fit you are getting with this routine you are on

yes, those hot yoga sessions really have major benefits. They are 90 minutes long and burn 900+ calories eacht time being quite exhausting. Despite that I really enjoy them and at no point have to drag myself to them. I'm really glad this blog pushed me to try it out during my first 100 days

I am not limber at all, and some of the yoga positions scare me that I would never get out of them, I know thats not sensible thinking but it has been what always puts me off trying yoga
