Day 382 | Internet Detox

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

Today was already the 4th day of our Ski vacation and it was another sunny one with good snow getting in plenty of activity. I also prepared dinner for everyone in the evening. I am currently getting an internet detox as the wifi is just painfully slow. Especially the social media and steemit/socrum reading/replying along with watching nonsense on youtube and such is at an all time low since it's just not a fun experience it being so slow. It might be a good lesson to tone it down a bit once I'm back in Belgium but I doubt I will succeed :)

I forgot to turn on my runnkeeper today so I haven't got any numbers. I might do an all day ski session tomorrow if the weather is good enough.
