So Yesterday I broke down the overall 30 day work out plan for the month of june which is going to be quite the challenge. I'm somewhat hoping that that will keep me busy mentally so the other habits I want to take up go automatically.
Healthy Food I've been mostly eating healthy as of late but not at the 100% level I want it to be like it was about a year ago. Giving myself 30 days time now to fully focus on myself it should not be that difficult to maintain a whole food plant based diet. I still have to look up some things about marcos and will need to make sure I drink enough and eat a lot of protein. I will have the time to spend in the kitchen and I'm actually looking forward to it.
No Porn / No Fap This has been one of the hardest challenges as it's a habit that I find really difficult to break. The longest streak last year was 14 days. It actually was easyer than I expected but still was unable to replicate it ever since. This month I should have less time with nothing do and when I will want to relax it will mainly just laying down doing nothing as I will have muscle stiffness and be exhaused. At least that's what I'm hoping. I do really want to comit to this and it would be the biggest personal victory to be honest.
Sleep I will need a lot of sleep to recover from all the daily activity. I'm thinking of adding a 30 minute power nap eah time early in the afternoon and will make sure I get in 8 hours of solid sleep each night.
