I took somewhat of a resting day after 4 days doing a 90 minute hot yoga session in a row. I went home to my family as usual on tuesday and everything is going pretty well. I don't feel all that much like it at the moment, bu I do plan to joing another morning hot yoga session in about an hour from now.
