For some reason I couldn't sleep so I ended up playing Mincraft until late into the night. It will likely take a couple of days now to fix my sleeping pattern. It was a regular Sunday watching 3 instead of 4 football games and I have come at a point where a break would do me well as there have been many matches each day for a long time. I also started to count how much water I am drinking to make sure it's enough.
