#VitaminD strengthens bones and muscles, protects the immune system against infections, helps blood vessel contraction by regulating blood pressure (preventing heart attack) regulates metabolism, not allowing the body to accumulate fats that it does not need (avoiding obesity).
What does the sun have to do with it?🌞
The sun is responsible for 90% of the purchase of this vitamin and 10% food. Taking 15 minutes of sunbathing for at least 3 times a week keeps the levels of this vitamin in our body.
