I am Carole Smith-Rea secretly known as Goddess Hu. I bring valuable insights on the many ways of personal development when dealing with life's most unexpected transitions. I originally wrote articles on mid-life transitions for those 40+. But no sooner than I hit the post button on my blog, C. Smith-Rea, on Facebook, I realized that I was getting plenty of feedback from a much younger group of people. Much younger viewers were facing unexpected life changing transitions, such as the death of a parent or spouse, divorce, new career change, transitions from student to professional, from being single to being mated and from being mated to being single again. I've even dealt with surviving a relationship with a narcissist. So let's just say my viewership became more vast than I ever expected. And now I'm here with you. I am sure that you will find that I have a refreshingly different way of seeing our most important concerns.
My motto: Change is inevitable, but it doesn't have to be devastating.

Hello Carolle, great insight. It's true as we get older, we a bound to encounter more life changing transitions but, these may happen at any age. As you said change is inevitable and the sooner we learn not to resist it , the happier and smoother our life will be .
