As somebody who is going through a massive amount of professional change at the moment I think so much hinges on exercise. If my body feels healthy I’m in the best possible position to get my mind right. It seems counter intuitive i think but moving your body stimulates the mind. My advice, for what it’s worth, would be to start there. Great post
