All terrain! I like and prefer wooded trails. Around here, I carry a small pistol in holster as well - we have mountain lions and getting mauled is not an option.

WOW! I admire that. I do try different terrains, but I find beaches and snow quite difficult to run on. Mountain lions, those would scare the sh*t out of me as well. We have bears and wolves in Switzerland, but none hae been sighted near where I live in decades, so no need for any weaponry but my own hands and speed LOL
