When we are going to do something bad the second time, we feel the voice of our conscience again, but this time the voice is not so strong because our contact with our conscience has become weak.

As we continue to ignore the voice of our conscience, our contact with our conscience becomes weak, and one day it comes that we can not hear that voice at all.

As our contact with our conscience weakens, we begin to feel depressed and find happiness in physical things. We are unable to solve the problems, so that "stress" becomes our friend.

And in such a situation, we have to connect ourselves with our conscience and its best way is meditation or meditation.

Meditation – Technique of Self Control and Self Realization

As we stop listening to our conscience, we do not control our own way and we can not recognize the right wrong. In such a situation, I do not control myself, but circumstances govern us. We begin to do that which brings us laziness, fear, tension, greed, anger, pride and jealousy.

Meditation is a method of controlling yourself and Self Realization which makes our life easy and happy. Meditation increases our confidence and concentration, which changes the attitude towards our problems. We can solve problems very easily by creative means, which reduces stress.

All great people have believed that our conscience has a wonderful power. We also sometimes feel that maybe our conscience is a divine part or our conscience is always connected to God, then it is right in every circumstance.

Therefore, before joining with God, we have to join our conscience, or say that when we become attached to our conscience, then automatically joins with that wonderful divine power and meditation connects us with our conscience.

By continuously meditating daily, we start to experience wonderful things which can not be told by words. We start getting answers to those questions which were still unresolved. We feel like we have a power that will always help us

It is said that the cause of most diseases is anxiety or stress. Through meditation, we can make the mind positive and stress free, so that the positive energy of our body enters our body and our body becomes healthy.

Research has shown that Meditation and Healing Power are beneficial in many diseases including cancer and many types of diseases can be overcome by meditation because most diseases are due to Stress or Anxiety and remove meditation Stress or Tension.
