Ingredients
Whole liquid cream Milk 1 ¼ -1 ½ kg,
Sweetened condensed milk, approximately 200 gms (1/2 of the largest can)
Thick cream 1/2 cup
2 Table spoon Long-grain rice (take new and chop not use basmati rice)
5-6 green cardamoms, decipher them.
Almonds 20-25
Method
Soak the rice for 3-4 h.
Soak the almonds in water overnight or put them in the microwave for 6-7 min, repeat them and cut into thin slices.
Put the milk in a deep pot over medium heat, add the rice. keep stirring it as it could stick to the bottom of the pan and burn.
Leave the kitchen spoon in the pot to avoid spilling the milk.
After it has been cooked for a while and the rice looks soft and pasty in the kheer, add the sweetened condensed milk according to your taste for the sweetness and also add the thickened cream.
Do not cook too much, only until it is thick. It's going to get thicker when it's placed in the fridge, so be careful.
Add almonds when you are almost ready!
Pour into a bowl and let it cool before putting it in the fridge. serve cold.
