WHAT IS YOGA?
yoga is a discipline that combines physical and mental strength, this originated in India, this discipline is physical because we incorporate certain movements in our body or postures that help us relax and feel better and is mental as it is associated to the meditation that is done a lot in Hinduism and Buddhism, we relax mind and body with a series of breaths and thoughts that help us grow as people and be happier, although we know this is an activity you can do in your home or outdoors, you can do it alone or with a group of people, but this activity is clearly individual, that is, it means focusing on oneself.
WHAT IS THE ACROYOGY?
the acroyoga is a branch of yoga, which focuses on the activation of the body confused by different basic yoga postures but combining acrobatics and artistic expressions, this must be done in pairs and after much practice can be added more people. It is divided into a flyer that is the person who is doing the acrobatics and care or observer that is the person who is at the base taking care of the flyer.

WHAT SENTI?
