Many people invest and even lose money looking for and trying some alternatives that allow you to lose body weight. The market that caters to this type of clients offers a wide variety of options, some more expensive than others, and some of them offer results in less time than the others. Slimming beverages, different types of diets, physical exercises, surgical interventions and even the elimination of any of the meals of the day, are among the options offered for those interested in losing weight.

What these people, often desperate to lose weight, do not know is that to achieve this goal does not necessarily require a large economic investment, but willingness to make the decision to do so, discipline to comply, patience until it is achieve the goal and perseverance to stay and not relapse.

Now, in my experience as an athlete, playing basketball and participating in 10k, 21k and 42k races (none of that made me lose weight), I found that the best way to lose weight and then become the form of No Gaining Weight is "improving the eating habit". This combined with exercises, some sports or just doing some physical activity frequently for weeks, I assure you that they will have a high percentage of success. You can level and control your physical condition by increasing or decreasing physical activity or diet, as the case may be or where there is imbalance.

How to improve the food habit:

There are many ways to do it but I will indicate the ones that have worked for me:

  • Breakfast is very important, do not stop eating it.
  • Eat at set times, whenever possible.
  • Dinner at an appropriate time, do not leave it for the last hour.
  • Avoid fats and heavy meals (meats, grains, etc.) during sena.
  • It minimizes the consumption of sauces, sugar or sweets.
  • Reduce the consumption of flour, pasta or carbohydrates.
  • Eliminates carbonated beverages, usually have high amounts of sugar.
  • Eat balanced meals.
