At the moment, we are working on funding a second individual through kiva.org. For those who are unaware, we have already funded one individual with a $25 loan! To make things a little more transparent, I figured I would give you a detailed rundown of how I keep track of how much has been donated through your upvotes. To do this, I have a running spreadsheet with how much each post/comment has earned over the lifetime of @CheerfulGiver so I know precisely how much should be distributed on your behalf. Here is a screenshot of that spreadsheet:

To be able to utilize voting bots to increase exposure and payouts, I used personal funds to donate the initial $25. This allowed me to keep steem dollars with @CheerfulGiver so I can use them for voting bot services. The best one I am aware of is @minnowbooster, which reliably gives a positive return on investment (ROI). This will help increase the rate at which we reach the $25 minimum for kiva.org so we can fund more individuals. I need to adjust for that vote bot investment in the payout column because if I invest $2 from a previous post payout and earn $2 in the new post, I still only have $2, not $4. That is why it states adjusted in the payout column.

From the spreadsheet, you can see that the total lifetime payouts are at $20.1, which is below the $25 we have invested so far (I made up the difference early on to get the ball rolling and to ensure people I was actually planning on donating their upvotes). As a result, we are currently still in the "red" at -$4.9. The good news is, we have some bigger payouts coming this week and I have only recently started using the voting bot services so I expect these numbers to pick up "steem" in the near future.
