Once you discover your true happiness, it becomes easier to notice how you are feeling on a daily basis. Once you discover these moments of bliss, start living for them, and you'll find yourself being happier.

The good news is that you can make these moments of bliss a reality. You just have to learn how to capture them on film. Once you have a movie of these moments, you can start living for them. You can use your movie as an instant weight loss solution and you'll be amazed at how much better you feel in no time.

There are tons of people that are constantly living their lives at the detriment of themselves, and their health. They aren't doing any good to themselves or others, and they aren't making anyone else happy either.

It's about time you start living for yourself, stop living your life to the fullest, and start living it for your purpose, and the happiness that are, and purpose only!

One great way to do that is to have a journal. By documenting your day, writing what you ate, how you felt, and what you did with all of that information, you will begin to notice the ways you're allowing yourself to lose weight, and how you're beginning to enjoy life again.

As you write in your journal, you'll notice a new and improved you and a happier you, and a stronger you. It's a very important part of discovering how to slow down your life and become healthy.

Jot down all of the things you did the day before you had the worst day. Write down all the times you felt angry, sad, depressed, frustrated, lonely, etc, and also write all the times when you were happy, and content, and positive.


If you can write them down, you will see what you need to change so you can improve. You don't have to make a ton of notes; just jot them down one or two at a time, and go over them one by one. Over time, you'll notice the way you feel, and the happiness that comes from living a happy life. Slow down your life, start living, and then you'll begin to feel better. Don't take life for granted, and start living it.
