The Manifesting Mindset for Self Improvement

in life •  2 years ago

If we want to change our lives for the better, we need to think of it as an ongoing process rather than a quick fix. In other words, it's more about the "how" than the "what".

In order to manifest a new mindset in our life, we need to understand the process of manifestation itself and what goes on behind the scenes. This means being intentional, consistent and persistent.

STEP 1: Be Intentional About What You Want

It's easy to get stuck in a pattern of "thinking" about how we feel about something. Our thoughts create beliefs and beliefs create emotions and emotions create actions.

But what if you had the power to think about your desired outcome in a way that didn't involve any emotions at all?

When I talk about thought vs emotion, I'm not talking about thinking and feeling. I'm talking about thinking and being. Being means that we act intentionally toward achieving our desired outcome rather than simply reacting in some way, which can often turn into a chain reaction.

STEP 2: Be Consistent and Be Persistent

To really manifest something into your life, you have to be committed to consistently using the same mindset. You have to be willing to go through the process of changing your mind over and over again. It's a tough road, but if you keep going, eventually, you'll start to see results.

Persistence is the most effective way to change your mindset. Persistence can mean a lot of different things, but the key part is putting a lot of effort into something that you find important.

STEP 3: Set Small Goals

Think about what you want to accomplish. Don't think about huge goals like becoming rich or famous, but think about what would make you happy. Then, break that down into smaller steps. For example, I might want to lose 30 pounds. That's a big goal, but it's also a lot to think about at once. Instead, I break that down into losing 10 pounds a month.

This will help you keep your motivation and drive because your goals become tangible and manageable. Once you start moving, your progress becomes real. And real progress leads to increased confidence, which means you become even more persistent.

Your mind is made up about the outcome you want, so why spend another minute thinking about it? Why waste your energy when you could just get started?
