I want to be able to live in a community where people do not take each other for granted. A group of people who are sensitive to the needs of their neighbors as if they themselves were in desperate need.

Ants are one of the smallest creatures on earth. We can easily end their lives by crushing them with our feet or mutilate them limb by limb if we really are that psychopathic.

Ants are also one of the most intelligent creatures on the planet. They can build a very complex tunnel you have never seen in your life.

They have the most professional culture in the animal world. A collaborative culture where everyone has a role to achieve a certain goal. They don’t whine who’s on top or at the bottom as long as the goal is reached. Everyone's a winner because everyone helps.

Ants are one of the strongest animals on earth. They can carry loads 50x their body weight.

They are a social creatures. They form colonies great and small. They are led by queen ants and they follow set of rules and discipline in their colony. Have you noticed the ants make a single line as they travel from one place to another to collect food?

Application

As a community starting small, we have the responsibility to work together as a team and contribute to the best of our abilities to achieve our goal.

Steemit cannot sustain if only a handful of people are putting efforts to develop the system where we all expect to benefit from.

Furthermore, the members of the community must function collaboratively with the leadership of Steemit and among members to see to it that no one’s left behind. If we are to succeed with Steemit and STEEM, we will succeed together as one team.
