Yup, it's called Steam Censorship. When the little "Bed Wetters" read something they disagree with, they down vote and flag. In this case I see a down vote from @ancap47. Not sure how to see a "Flag" though.

Not sure if up-voting counteracts flags or down votes.

It is quite cowardly to censor someone because you disagree with them.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
