I would like to say a struggled, past tense, with this, but is very much a daily struggle. I have found through extensive research, most with the test subject being myself, that the most important thing to do when climbing seeming insurmountable mountains is to set small and attainable goals to build momentum. The lack of the sense of accomplishment or feeling of direction can and will destroy our journey.
